The only thing worse than being a dictator is being an ugly dictator. For whatever reason, most tyrants seem to nail both. Kim Jong Il and Hosni Mubarak are shining examples of what results when you combine despotism with repulsive looks. But Muammar al-Gaddafi (Libya’s only leader since 1969) wins this contest, hands down. This dude is UGLY.
